
EXCHANGE POLICY AND RETURN
EXCHANGE
The consumer has the right to exchange the product, within 14 days from the day that acquires physical possession of the property, if it still has the label, remains in good condition and with packaging intact.
RIGHT TO FREE RETURN
Within 14 days of the date on which it was informed of the termination decision, the supplier shall reimburse the consumer for all payments received.
PRODUCT LACK OF CONFORMITY
The consumer shall notify the seller of the lack of conformity of the goods within a period of two months from the date on which he has detected it and may exercise his rights if that lack of conformity occurs within two years of delivery of the goods .The repair or replacement of the property, in case of lack of conformity, must be carried out within a maximum of thirty days.
PROCEDURE
The User must complete this return form in the User Area (My Account) to communicate that will proceed to return the product, answering the presented parameters: reason for return, and others.
Wait for "WE SHOP ALGARVE" contact before proceeding the return of the product.
Place the product in its original packaging and without having been object of use (in perfect condition and accompanied by any manuals, labels) and send to:
